1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• No return policy, once the product is purchased it cannot be return. You can avail for refund or replacement.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
• Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, we will investigate and initiate a refund if necessary.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect address provided by the customer.
